In case you haven’t seen enough of those Nicholas Sparks movies about undying love, Fox 2000 is giving you another chance. The Hollywood Reporter posted that the studio has acquired the rights to the Nicholas Sparks novel The Longest Ride. But don’t worry, it won’t be released till Valentines Day 2015. This will give you time to finish wiping the tears from his last sappy love-fest. But if you are one of the millions who flock like swans to a canoe when one of his movies are released, don’t fret, you can buy the book, published by Grand Central Publishing when it hits bookstores this September.

Fox 2000 has hired Josh Boone to direct the film adaptation of the bestselling young adult novel by Josh Greene, The Fault in Our Stars. This young director with only one film under his belt has, according to the Hollywood Report, been confirmed to helm the movie and rumors are swirling Shailene Woodley is in talks for the lead. Two YA book adaptations? Say it ain’t so. Shailene has already been confirmed as the lead in Divergent, but we’ll keep you posted as the casting moves forward.

A couple weeks ago we reported Kate Winslet was in talks to star in Divergent, the movie. Well, it’s been confirmed, yet we aren’t sure what role she has been cast to play. Filming is set for April and the sci-fi film that some are predicting will be the next Hunger Games, is set for a 2014 release. As always, we’ll keep you posted.
